Design: Soil DNA was extracted using the FastDNA SPIN Kit for Soil. The libraries were prepared using the Illumina Nextera sample preparation kit (Illumina) and sequenced in the Illuminas HiScanSQ System (Illumina) in a Rapid Run Mode to generate 2 100 bp paired-end reads.
