Design: Raw data from Illumina Hiseq was cleaned removing low quality bases). Clean data was then blasted to gene catalog to get number of reads to which genes mapped in each sample and abundance was calculated as well. Another software was used to blast against sequences of Bacteria, Fungi, Archaea and Viruses. Functional database was also blasted against. CARD was used to align genes with Resitance Gene Identifiers.
