SRX6898346: metagenomic sequencing of bacteria: Microbial community in Synechococcus co-culture

Design: The bacterial metagenome was sequenced. Sequencing libraries were constructed using the NEB Next Ultra DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (NEB, USA) according to the manufacturer's recommendations. The library quality was assessed with a Qubit 2.0 Fluorometer (Thermo Scientific) and Agilent Bioanalyzer 2100 system.
