1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2000) run: 4.7M spots, 2.4G bases, 1.3Gb downloads

Design: Sample taken from the second youngest leaf 20 days after germination. Total RNA was isolated using the PureLinkTM RNA Mini Kit (Invitrogen, USA). RNA sample was qualified and quantified by a Nanodrop 1000 spectrophotometer (Nanodrop Technologies, USA). Double-stranded cDNA were synthesized according to the manufacturer’s protocol of the Maxima H Minus Double-Stranded cDNA Synthesis Kit (Thermo, Lithuania) and purified by the GeneJET PCR Purification Kit (Thermo, Lithuania).
