Design: Small intestines along with its contents were homogenized followed by enrichment of RNA viruses and extraction of total RNA using Trizol as previously described (PMID:25181646). The total RNA from each sample passed the quality control (RIN>8) and was used to create the RNAseq libraries using standard Illumina TruSeq protocols.
