SRX1543122: Lymph node metagenome from patient with lymphadenopathy (suspected Kimura disease)
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina MiSeq) run: 940,298 spots, 326.3M bases, 172.7Mb downloads

Design: A Lymph node was extracted from a patient that was diagnosed with angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia or Kimura disease. The lymph node was homogenized and viral particles were prepared using a CsCl gradient and ultracentrifugation. Total DNA from the viral particles was sequenced by shotgun and human polyomavirus 6 was found in the sequenced metagenome.

show Abstracthide Abstract
This bioproject concentrates metagenomic studies from modern and ancient human samples performed at the University of Aix-Marseille. Most projects were conducted to analyze the presence of human pathogens but we might also include datasets from human microbiomes and viromes.
Sample: Lymph node metagenome from patient with lymphadenopathy (suspected Kimura disease)
