Design: the library was prepared with the Ion Plus Fragment Library Kit (Applied Biosystems, USA) and fragmented with the BioRuptor¨ Sonication System following the manufacturers instructions. The Libraries were barcoded (NEXTflexŞ DNA Barcodes, Bioo Sci.) and quantification was calculated with Ion library Quantization kit using TaqMan¨ in a CFX96TM Real-Time PCR System (Bio-Rad). Emulsion PCR and enrichment steps were done in the Ion OneTouch2TM 200 Template Kit v2, and sequencing was done in a 318 chip.
