Design: The goal of this study was to obtain a genome for strain 04NY16. Genomic DNA was extracted from fungal tissue grown on Potato Dextrose Agar. Genomic libraries were prepared using the Indexed Truseq DNA Library Prep Kit. Duplexed samples were then sequenced in the paired-end 2 x 300 bp format on the Illumina Mi-Seq.
