SRX024861: Complete genome sequence of adherent invasive Escherichia coli UM146 isolated from ileal Crohn’s disease biopsy tissue

Design: Bacteria genomic DNAs were extracted using a QIAamp DNA mini kit (Qiagen Inc.). DNA samples were quantified using a Nanodrop spectrophotometer (Nyxor Biotech, Paris, France) and quality evaluated using BioRad Experion labchip system (BioRad). Utilizing good quality 700 ng/ul 1.82 630/480 OD ratio DNA GS DNA library preparation for both shotgun and long paired-end DNA library preparation and sequencing reactions were performed at Research and Testing Laboratories (www.researchandtesting.com) following Genome Sequencer FLX System User’s instruction (Roche Diagnostics, Indianapolis, IN).
