show Abstracthide Abstract
The aim of this project was to shed new light on the molecular mechanisms involved in the biosynthesis of aromatic compounds in pedunculate and sessile oaks. To reach this goal, tranzition zone was harvested in May 2015 on two sessile oak and pedunculate oak genotypes. Total RNA were then extracted and used for transcriptome characterization using an RNAseq approach.
