Design: Genomic DNA isolated by phenol:chloroform extraction was sequenced using an Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) Mk1b MinION sequencer using an R9.4.1 flow cell. The Rapid Barcoding library prep kit (SQK-RBK004) was used. The data were basecalled and demultiplexed using Guppy v3.6.0. The demultiplexed FASTQ data are provided here.
