SRX383899: Oak roots no treatment
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2000) run: 34.3M spots, 6.9G bases, 4.9Gb downloads

Design: Tru-Seq v2 was used to produce sequences with a read length of 100 bp from paired-end libraries (average insert size 400 bp) which were sequenced using an Illumina HiSeq 2000.

Study: Quercus robur strain:DF159 Transcriptome or Gene expression
show Abstracthide Abstract
Oaks (Quercus spp.) are major forest trees in the northern hemisphere which host many biotic interactions. Molecular investigation of these interactions is limited by fragmentary genome data. We synthesized beneficial and detrimental biotic interactions between microorganisms, animals, and a clone of Quercus robur, DF159, prepared cDNA libraries from leaves and roots, and analysed oak gene expression.
