Figure 29 is a forest plot depicting our meta-analysis on percent of patients achieving “response” based on the MADRS for depression, by dose. Four placebo controlled trials that evaluated the use of quetiapine at 150mg were pooled, resulting in a statistically significant pooled estimate of the relative risk of response of 1.42. These same four placebo controlled trials also reported the use of quetiapine at 300mg. The 300mg quetiapine trials were pooled, resulting in a statistically significant pooled estimate of the relative risk of response of 1.43. One trial evaluated quetiapine at 50mg, results were statistically significant.
