Ezrin inactive mutant overexpression effect on osteosarcoma cell line
Summary:
Analysis of K7M2 osteosarcoma cells overexpressing the inactive Ezrin T567A mutant protein. Ezrin links the plasma membrane to the actin cytoskeleton. Phosphorylation of amino acid T567 activates wild type Ezrin. Results provide insight into the role of Ezrin in the progression of osteosarcoma.
