Pseudomonas aeruginosa sphR deficient mutant response to lung surfactant
Summary:
Analysis of P. aeruginosa sphR null mutants grown in media containing lung surfactant. P. aeruginosa is an opportunistic pathogen of the human lung. SphR is an AraC-family transcription factor. Results provide insight into the role of sphR in P. aeruginosa infections in the lung.
