Summary:
Analysis of oral carcinoma, histologically normal margins, and adjacent normal tissues from patients with squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) of the tongue (training set). Results provide insight into molecular signature in histologically normal margins that is predictive of oral carcinoma recurrence.
