Isolates from chronically-infected burn wound and cystic fibrosis patients
Summary:
Analysis of P. aeruginosa strains isolated from chronically-infected lungs of cystic fibrosis (CF) patients, burn wounds, and a burn wound strain infected-murine tumor model. Results provide insight into the molecular mechanisms underlying chronic biofilm-associated P. aeruginosa infections.
