Summary:
Analysis of back skin from transgenic (Tg) animals with keratinocyte-specific IKKbeta overexpression. The Tg animals present an inflammatory skin phenotype with histological features characteristic of interface dermatitis. Results provide insight into the role of IKKbeta in skin physiopathology.
