Summary: Analysis of Pseduomonas aeruginosa PAO1 treated with colistin at a subinhibitory concentration (0.15 ug/ml). Colistin is an antimicrobial peptide against P. aeruginosa infection in cystic fibrosis lungs. Result provide insight into the adaptive response of P. aeruginosa to low doses of colistin.
Platform organism: Pseudomonas aeruginosa
Sample organism: Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1
