Summary: Analysis of first trifoliolate leaf from cv. OAC Bayfield plants treated with Bradyrhizobium japonicum lipochitooligosaccharide (LCO, Nod factor). Foliar application of LCO can induce changes in hormone level and enzymatic activity. Results provide insight into the molecular basis of these effects.
