Analysis of cirrhotic livers from animals treated with antioangeogenic agent Sunitinib. In cirrhosis, pathological processes such as inflammation and pathological angiogenesis are closely integrated. Results provide insight into the utility of targeting angiogenesis in the treatment of cirrhosis.
