Analysis of H1299 cells expressing the TAp63alpha-Q540L mutant protein. TAp63alpha-Q540L is a form of p63 that contains a missense mutation in the SAM domain. Mutations in the SAM domain of p63 are associated with Hay-Wells syndrome.
