Summary:
Analysis of granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (CSF) or macrophage-CSF differentiated macrophages stimulated with bacillus Calmette-Guerin. The two macrophage types differ in their resistance to mycobacterial infection. Results identify host resistance or susceptibility genes.
