Hepatocellular carcinoma induced by choline-deficient L-amino acid-defined diet
Summary:
Analysis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tumors, surrounding non-cancerous tissue, and normal liver from Fischer 344 males. HCC formation induced by a choline-deficient L-amino acid-defined (CDAA) diet for 70 weeks. Results provide insight into molecular mechanisms underlying progression of HCC.
