The objective of this review was to evaluate the beneficial and harmful effects of onabotulinumtoxinA injection (Botox) at a dose of 100 units (U) for the treatment of overactive bladder (OAB) in patients with symptoms of urinary incontinence, urgency, and frequency in adult patients who have an inadequate response to or are intolerant of anticholinergic medications.
