Treatment protocol |
No treatments
Growth protocol |
Mammary epithelial cells were infected with specified lentivirus, then transplanted into cleared fat pads of recipient mice. Tumors were harvested at 2 cm and a portion was flash frozen.
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Qiagen Rneasy kit
Label |

Label protocol |
Agilent One-Color Quick Amp Labeling Protocol
Hybridization protocol |
Agilent One-color Gene Expression Hybridization and Wash Protocol
Scan protocol |
Microarrays were scanned on an Agilent Technologies G2505C scanner at 5 micron resolution
Data processing |
Array images were processed in Agilent Feature Extraction software version 10.5.1.1, which produces spatially detrended intensity data Array data was filtered to remove control features and any non-uniform features or population outlier features. Remaining features were averaged to yield a single value for each unique probe. Finally data were log2 transformed, quantile normalized, and adjusted for batch effects using ComBat.
