Extracted molecule |
genomic DNA |
Extraction protocol |
Genomic DNA was isolated from fresh frozen primary breast tumours following the Qiagen DNeasy Blood and Tissue Kit protocol. Briefly, tissues were pre-treated with Proteinase K at 55C over-night, then lysed, bound to the column, washed, and eluted. DNA was quantified using the nanodrop spectrophotomer.
