Label protocol Biotinylated cRNA were prepared according to the standard Affymetrix protocol from 150 ng total RNA ( GeneChip 3'IVT Express Technical Manual, 2008, Affymetrix).
 
Hybridization protocol Following fragmentation, 10 ug of cRNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45C on Affymetrix HG-U133 Plus 2.0 GeneChip arrays . GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 400
Scan protocol GeneChips were scanned using the Affymetrix scanner 3000
Description Gene expression data from cord blood-derived mononuclear cells from healty control donor
Data processing All data analyses were performed in R using Bioconductor libraries and R statistical packages.
Probe signals were converted to expression values using the robust multi-array average procedure (RMA)
