Reads are mapped to genome using ELAND. Reads that are uniquely mapped and have no more than 2 mismatches are selected for future analysis. DANPOS is used to calculate nucleosome occupancy from raw reads do following analysis. Genome_build: sacCer1 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: .wig':nucleosome occupancy data. '.bed':uniquely mapped high quality reads.
