Total RNA was extracted from frozen medulloblastoma tissue using the Trizol method (Invitrogen) as directed by the manufacturer. RNA integrity was assessed using the Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer prior to processing for the Gene Array. Samples with RIN values ≥7 were included in the study.
