Fragmented, biotinlyated sense strand DNA were prepared from 200 ng total RNA using the WT Target labeling kit according to the manufacturer's protocol (Affymetrix)

5 ug of labeled sense strand DNA were hybridized for 17h at 45 degrees C on a Genechip Mouse Gene Array 1.0 ST Array. GeneChips were washed and stainied in the Affymetrix Fluiidix Station 450.
