Extraction protocol |
Splenocytes were incubated with antibody cocktail (including Hashtag antibodies), and Tfh cells were FACS-purified. After counting, Tfh cells were pooled, resuspend in sorting buffer (2% FBS in DPBS), and loaded onto the 10X Chromium. Library construction was performed according to manufacturer's instruction (10X Genomics)
