Data processing |
Fastp v 0.19.5 (https://github.com/OpenGene/fastp)was used for sequencing data quality control. Hisat2 v 2.1.0 was used to align the quality-controlled raw data, cleandata ( reads ), with the reference genome to obtain mappeddata ( reads ) for subsequent transcript assembly, expression calculation, etc. Quantitative analysis of gene and transcript expression levels was performed using software RSEM v 1.3.3(http://deweylab.biostat.wisc.edu/rsem/), respectively.
