Raw sequence reads were aligned using Gencode vM23 mouse genome annotation and Gencode Grcm38.p6 mouse reference genome using TopHat with default parameters. Cufflinks were used to assemble and quantify transcripts from the mapped sequences. Assembly: mm10 Supplementary files format and content: tab-delimited text file includes raw count for each sample
