RNA probes were labeled according to the supplier’s instructions (Affymetrix, Santa Clara, CA, USA). First strand synthesis was carried out by a T7-(dT)24 primer and SuperScript II Reverse Transcriptase (Gibco BRL Life Technologies) using 10?g of total RNA sample (Qiagen) from c17.2 neural stem cells stably transfected with the orphan nuclear receptor Nurr1 (clone42 and clone 48) or stably transfected with empty puromycin control vector (puro B and puroD)
