BWA was utilized to map the paired-end clean reads to the mouse reference genome mm10. SNPs and InDels were detected and filtered (total counts ≥ 10) using GATK software. Assembly: mm10 Supplementary files format and content: xlsx file summarizing variants called in each sample, the values represent VAF (variant allele frequency). Library strategy: WES-seq (whole exome sequencing)
