Reads were aligned with the bowtie program version 2.3.5.1 to the mm10 genome version of December 2011 (GRCm38), including NZ_CP083274.1 Escherichia coli strain Rosetta2-DE3 chromosome (4.5Mb). Assembly: mm10 Supplementary files format and content: bw (bigwig) = read coverage (reads per million) in bigWIG format
