Treatment protocol |
Mice were treated with MRTX1133 once per day for three weeks. The drug was administed intraperitoneally . MRTX1133 was dissolved in 50 mM citrate buffer and 10% Captisol. The control mice received the vehicle (50 mM citrate buffer and 10% Captisol) treatement, which was adminsitered intraperitoneally.

Growth protocol |
AKB6 cell line cultured in RPMI media supplemented with 10% FBS and were maintained in 37°C with 5% CO2. The xenografts were developed in C57BL/6 strain by subcutaneously injecting 500,000 cells/mouse.The mice were always maintained in Doxycycline water to induce the oncogenic KRAS
