Mouse splenocytes were incubated with CITE-seq antibodies and flow cytometry antibodies, washed, and resuspend in sorting buffer (PBS+2% FBS) for sorting IgD- Ighg2A10 B cells. The sorted cells were pooled into 4 samples for library construction according to protocols by 10X Genomics
Library was performed according to 10X Genomic's instructions
