Data processing |
Single cell RNA-seq reads were aligned, demultiplexed, and processed using CellRanger (v5.0.1). Single cells libraries were filtered for high quality cells based on cell size, mitochondrial content, doublet score, and library complexity. Assembly: mm10, plus TdTom and Tg.EGFR transgenes Supplementary files format and content: .h5ad: anndata object for single cell RNA-seq experiments. Contains normalize, log-transformed, and imputed counts, along with cell and gene level feature information.
