Title |
RNA-seq of IL-10 treated macrophages |
Sample type |
SRA |
|
|
Source name |
RNA-seq of IL-10 treated macrophages
|
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Characteristics |
strain: C57BL/6JJcl gender: Male cell type: Adherent peritoneal exudate macrophages
|
Treatment protocol |
Macrophages were treated with 100 ng/ml of IL-10 for four hours. Cells were then harvested with TRIzol and RNA extracted
|
Growth protocol |
peritoneal exudate cells were washed from the peritoneum 3 days after (.i.p.) thioglycolate injection. Cells were allowed to adhere for 24 hours and non-adherent cells were washed away with several washes of fresh medium. PEC macrophages where treated with IL-10 (100 ng/ml) for 4 hours.
|
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Library and Sequencing were performed at BGI, China, using standard Illumnina kits and protocols.
