Data processing raw reads were analyzed for data quality using FastQC v0.11.5 (Babraham Bioinformatics) and eventually filtered using skewer v0.2.2 (Jiang et al., 2014) for removing the low quality reads and trimming the Illumina adapter if necessary.
Mapping of the reads were obtained using the STAR program against human genome (GRCm38) and the quantification of genes and transcripts were done with the RSEM program using GENCODE.vM15 database .
Assembly: Mus musculus (GRCm38)
Supplementary files format and content: RSEM quantification results including Expected counts, TPM and FPKM.
