Hybridization protocol |
Microarrray slides were deprotected in TFA EDT H20 for 3h at room temperature and blocked overnight in 0.1% BSA, 0.1% Tween-20 in PBS. After blocking, slides were incubated for 1h at RT with one of the IgG probes (100 µg/ml IgG in 0. 1% BSA, 0.1% Tween-20 in PBS), washed 3 x 20 min with 0.1% BSA, 0.1% Tween-20 in PBS and incubated for 1h at RT with Cy3- goat anti-Human IgG (1 µg/ml in 0.1% B SA, 0.1% Tween-20 in PBS). Slides were washed 3 x 20 min with 0.1% BSA in PBS, dried

Scan protocol |
Scanned using a laser scanner with 1 µm resolution
|
Description |
A pool of IgG from 9 subjects positive for T. cruzi infection was incubated with an overlapping peptide array of the Trypanosoma cruzi conserved proteome.
|
Data processing |
