Sample GSM7426329 Query DataSets for GSM7426329
Status Public on Jul 02, 2024
Title Old, 2, spatial transcriptomics
Sample type SRA

Source name Whole brain
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics cell type: Brain cells
tissue: Whole brain
strain: C57Bl/JRj
age: 16-21 month old
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol For scRNA-seq, freshly collected brain cells from dentate gyrus of C57Bl6/JRj mice were dissociated using Neural Tissue Dissociation Kit (P) and Myelin Removal Beads II (Miltenyi Biotec). For spatial transcriptomics, mouse brains were collected and embedded in OCT.
Library was performed according to the manufacter’s instructions (single cell 3’ v3.1 protocol, spatial gene expression protocol, 10x Genomics).
