Sample GSM721219 Query DataSets for GSM721219
Status Public on Sep 13, 2011
Title H3K36me3_mHSC_ChIPSeq
Sample type SRA

Source name murine HSC
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics strain: C57BL/6
genotype: wild type
age: 6-8 weeks
cell origin: murine LSK cells (IL-7R-Lin-Sca-1+c-Kit+)
chip antibody: H3K36me3
Treatment protocol Cells were subjected to ChIP-Seq using an antibody specific for H3K4me3, H3K27me3, H3K36me3, H3K79me2 or streptavidin beads (for biotinylated MLL-AF9 targets).
Growth protocol LSK cells were isolated by flow cytometry from bone marrow of wild type C57BL/6 (6-8 wks).
Extracted molecule genomic DNA
Extraction protocol ChIP DNA libraries were made following the Illumina ChIP-seq library preparation kit.

Library strategy ChIP-Seq
Library source genomic
Library selection ChIP
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 2000

Description Chromatin IP against H3K36me3
Data processing Sequence reads were aligned to the mouse genome assembly mm8 or human genome assembly hg18 using Bowtie. ChIP-Seq signal was quantified as total number of reads per million in the region of interest. An empirical background distribution model of reads was constructed to find the significance level of signal in a given region.
