Enriched chromatin were extracted using CUT&RUN assay kit (Cell Signaling Technology). Library preparation and sequencing were performed by Novogene Co., LTD (Beijing, China) on a NovaSeq 6000 PE150 sequencing system.

Paired-end sequencing reads were aligned to mm9 reference genome using Bowtie2. Aligned reads were filtered using SAMtools tollkit to filter the BAM file on the mapping quality (Minimum MAPQ quality score 20). Bigwig file of fragment or read coverages were generated using bamCoverage (Bin size in bases 50). Assembly: mm9 Supplementary files format and content: Bigwig Library strategy: CUT&RUN-seq
