Treatment protocol Phosphate buffered saline (PBS), group and bleomycin group were injected subcutaneously with 0.1 mL PBS and (0.1 units) bleomycin (Sigma, B5507), Celastrol groups were injected celastrol (Sigma, C0869) intraperitoneally with either 1mg/kg or 2mg/kg every day for 21 days
Growth protocol 4 weeks old male C57BL/6 J mice were ordered from Jackson lab and the treatment was started from 6 weeks old.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol The RNA was extracted using the TriZol extraction method.
Total RNA samples were processed using the VAHTS Total RNA-seq (H/M/R) Library Prep Kit for Illumina (PN NR603) from Vazyme Biotech Co. Ltd.
