Sequencing reads were aligned to a human reference genome in the Bowtie software (version 1.1.2). Duplicate reads were removed using Picard tools. Expression was quantitated using Cufflinks software. Assembly: hg38/GRCh38 Supplementary files format and content: EXCEL file includes FPKM values for all samples.
