Sample GSM6925736 Query DataSets for GSM6925736
Status Public on Jan 23, 2023
Title Flnc global KO sample 3
Sample type SRA

Source name whole heart
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics tissue: whole heart
developmental stage: E9.5
genotype: Flnc global knockout
strain: C57BL/6
Extracted molecule polyA RNA
Extraction protocol E9.5 embryonic hearts were homogenized in TRIzol (Invitrogen) and total RNA was isolated according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
cDNA libraries were prepared using an Illumina TruSeq stranded mRNA kit according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina NovaSeq 6000

Data processing Sequencing reads were mapped to GENCODE mouse transcripts reference (release M22, GRCm38.p6) and transcription levels were quantified using salmon.
Differential expression analysis was carried out using DEseq2 (version: 1.22.2). Benjamini-Hochberg correction for multiple testing was applied to correct p-value of each gene as false discovery rate (FDR). FDR < 0.05 was used as a threshold for differentially-expressed genes (DEGs).
Assembly: mm10
Supplementary files format and content: Tab-delimited text files include TPM and reads count for each sample
