Sample GSM6855673 Query DataSets for GSM6855673
Status Public on Jan 01, 2024
Title Mitral valve, inflamed, 8 weeks
Sample type SRA

Source name Mitral valve
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics tissue: Mitral valve
genotype: K/B.g7
age: 8 weeks
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Mitral valves were isolated from B.g7 and K/B.g7 hearts and digested using Collagenase 2 and DNAse. Following digestion, cells were washed and filtered, then red blood cells lysed using AKC buffer. Cells were stained with a viability dye and live, single cells were sorted using fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS).
Library was performed according to the manufacter’s instructions (single cell 3’ protocol, v2, 10x Genomics).

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic single cell
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina NovaSeq 6000

Data processing The demultiplexing, barcoded processing, gene counting and aggregation were made using the Cell Ranger software v3.1.0.
Assembly: mm10-3.0.0
Supplementary files format and content: Tab-separated values files and matrix files
